In addition to the price, there is a local tax of €2.45 plus a mobility fee of €0.50 per person and night.

Mobility fee: This enables all guests to use public transportation in the state of Salzburg free of charge.

Discounts for children in their parents’ room:

• 0 – 2 years 80%
• 3 – 5 years 50%
• 6 – 12 years 30%

Double room for single occupancy on request + € 35 per day

In order to fix a booking, you will receive our bank details with the reservation confirmation for transferring a deposit (usually € 200 per person).

A cancellation is uncomfortable for both parties. You will find a list of the cancellation conditions to which we refer in the Austrian hotel contract conditions. Canceling early enough gives us the opportunity to resell the room so that you will not incur any costs for the same occupancy.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 months before arrival
• up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total package if not booked
• 30 to 1 days before arrival, 70% of the total arrangement in the event of non-occupancy

Damage to the facility caused by guests is just as unpleasant. If this is the case, we have to calculate and collect the damage on site. In return, you will of course receive an invoice for your insurance.

Please note: The bills for your stay are to be paid in cash on the day before your departure – we do not accept credit or debit cards (the nearest ATM and the nearest bank are 150 meters away).
